Todd Fedie has created a regular customer, and it would require nothing less than a free house to convince me otherwise. I was being evicted from my apartment and was on a REALLY short time window to move out, and Todd not only went on a blitzkrieg viewing (14 homes!), he also responded incredibly fast for updates on the sellers end, appraisal, mortgage, etc. Friendly, great communication skills, knowledgeable, and for the most important quality rarely found nowadays... COMMITED. Could not recommend Todd enough.
